Why can't you stock?

So just about every selection, especially high content, shows out-of-stock on your usa website. Asked about ordering from UK (5-10 days) and got "usa is getting stock in now".

OK, can wait. 4 days later phoned and got "supply is here now and we are just going through it to list on website". That was 5 days ago. Still says all out of stock.

Either you're making this all up or you are ridiculously slow at website updating (which is weird since your goal is to sell it isn't it?).

Seems like a bunch of BS to me. Just tell the truth. You either have it or you don't. If not, why not. Simple.

Will skip ordering anything at all at this point.

Of course this will probably get deleted. How weird this forum exists yet allows such rampant thread or post deletions. Sure sign of hiding something IMO when deletions occur at such a rate.

Good luck in business. You'll need it.

Maybe I am missing something, but every item I check is in stock in the US... I know that TW turned off new orders of juice in order to clean up the backlog of customer emails etc. That in my opinion was a very smart thing to do, but it should have probably been stated on the website to avoid confusion. Try the site again.. its all there now from whjat I can see.

Overload? LOL, some 5 & 10ml bottles will overload you? Must be running this out of a small garage or something?

Why also then when I telephoned them at the USA number (last week) did they tell me they just got a shipment and the 5 & 10's would be going into stock that day or next. Are they just stupid or liars?

Really. How hard is it to keep some bottles in stock. Especially if business is so good.

Phhht, I'll buy elsewhere. Seems to be very amateur biz.

You any idea how to store another 120 items, while unpacking a 5000 bottle 30ml order, a $100k titan order, Platinum ice coming and carrying $400k plus of stock, training 4 new members of staff and dealing with growth from $2000 of sales in december 2008 to $300k plus a month now.

We are doing well, all things considered but if you know better try doing it yourself.

Those numbers would indicate you're doing well sure. Doubtful but ok. Even at 10x that number, yeah, how hard to take out of boxes and prep to ship. Pretty easy right? LOL. Hire some people instead of minimum wage teens might make it go faster. (j/k)

Maybe the person answering the phone shouldn't tell people stories then. I could have ordered from UK and had it by now. Make people wait to order then find out it's BS. Your person just lost a customer.

But no worries. Plenty of other suppliers of stuff.
