I tried my first Joye 510 simply because it was recommended by someone I trusted. Turned out to be a good recommendation for a place for me to start. I still use it even though after doing my own research I've moved on to several others I also enjoy. After vaping for a while I find its nice to have some different option.

I got the RN4081 / NJoy Npro at 7-11 because it was only $20, and I wanted to try eCigs. Best decision I ever made.

Since the first time the charging light went green, I haven't had an analog. I have, however, purchased about another $100 in parts, accessories, and juice online to keep me vaping.

My next quest is to order several sampler packs of flavored juices to try them out. So far, I have only used the stock NJoy menthol, and a Tobacco/Menthol juice I picked up locally. I find that after only a week, I'm already pretty sure I'm going to give up the Tobacco and/or menthol flavorings for something a little more "spicy" like cinnamon, peppermint, spearmint, etc.

I like the 4081 platform, and will probably stick with it for at least the immediate future, until I decide to make a few of my own PV's from scratch. I'm an Electronics Technician by trade, and have some "wild" ideas to try out, most likely followed by small explosions and fires. I'll post about anything that doesn't burn my house down.

I'm all about DIY, and once I get home (I'm working/living on a ship until March), the game shall be on.

I got the v3 from puresmoker. I read a lot of posts and looked at the way atomisers worked. It took three days and a couple of nights to dicide. I did not want to have to buy special batterys and had a charger for the batterys the v3 took which was nice and easy. No electronics and a robust switch had me pushing the buy it button real fast after all that. It was not cheap but smoking analogues was costly to. I am so glad I got myself a good PV

My first experiance was an auto kit called Puresmoke that I bought at a news stand, before I found the forum. 2 days in I was down to 4 cigs rather than 15+ but the battery life was horrible. I ordered an ego that day and haven't wanted a cig since the day it arrived. Ego batteries charge super quick and last me all day. I recently added the Boge LR cartomizers and am vaping away.

510 for the price, popularity, options, and compatibility with the Ego. Like everyone, I wasn't willing to spend a lot of money to try out Ecigs, but after immediately dropping from over 2 PAD to 6 or 8 analogs, I was hooked. I went to the Ego after a month and I'm still there, but with the Joye type B Cylinder Mega Atty and CE2 cartomizers.

The funny thing about ecigs is that everyone is dubious at first, but the system proves itself the first few days. You CAN stop or drastically cut down your tobacco intake.

It owned seven different PVs (E9, eGo, Chuck, Buzz, Tekk Mod, 3.7v box mod, and Saber Touch) before I decided on the criteria that meets my needs. My criteria for the perfect PV was as follows:

  • Has 510 connector
  • Has juice feeder system
  • Has a locking switch
  • Takes 18650 IMR batteries

I finally settled on a Reo Grand and it's the last vaporizer I'll be buying for some time to come.

I knew little about E-cigs until a month or two ago, when my boss got the E-go,and I was like "really",that works for you, being an analog smoker for 23 years I had my doubts...Well, I really wanted to quit (because I was tired of it, and my girlfriend hated cigarettes),so I bought the E-go and smoked 4-5 analogs a day for the first week or two, found the right strenght juice (18mg) and haven't smoked in 11 days now,and couldn't be happier..

I was given a super mini (rn4081) by a coworker who'd gotten it online but didn't like it...

I've ordered another started kit to get black batt/blue led, and have spend a lot on cartridges at the local mall... SmokeFree, their carts fit the atomizer I had, and then they showed me the cartomizers... That's when I started reading and ordering my own juice to refill them...

Got to say, although it's the only one I've tried, I really like it, especially w/ the cartos...

I've read about others, but I really like this one, so that's why I'm sticking w/ it...

Still need to get a pass through for it, and the extra batteries I've been able to find for $10 online...

While I did see some carto refill vids on utube and can see that the cartos for the KN808D take ALOT more juice to fill up, meaning they would last longer... I still like this one...

rn4081 for me!

I choose v2 for the same reason you did. I did a lot of research with this site and a few others. My order did take 9 days to get here; but, I LOVE IT!!! Great vapor production, and good taste. Of all the research I did, the largest complaint was delivery time. So if you are not in a hurry, i highly recommend V2.
I was just wondering why people picked what they picked to vape

I picked th KR808D1 from V2 because it was easy to use, just screw on the catro and screw it off. I picked V2 because I heard it was a great product, but man it is like pulling teeth getting your order! I am trying out V4L because they use the 808's as well and I am looking into Bloog because again I heard they were great.

So, what "sold" you on your e-cig kit?:vapor:

I am really surprised to see so few people who started with an m4xx. I researched for days, read and watched reviews, and it was just overall what I was looking for. Nice trade-off in size and battery life, great vapor production and flavor, readily available supplies, great build quality, and affordability. One of my main reasons for getting it was to save money, and the 401 made that easy. Dipping an m401 will make a 10ml bottle of liquid last forever, and depending on your smoking habits, a dual atomizer starter kit and a few extra atties, bats, and liquid will pay for themselves within ten days.
