Soon to be collector pieces...................collecting Dust on shelves everywhere vaping is Banned.

In the interest of fairness I just spent about 2 hours looking over MOOCHs tests and data.I was ready to say I was wrong if I was wrong and here he has tested most name brand batts at 30amps down to v well below vaping and they performed fine.there is one shootout where he pulsed them at 40 and 50 amps .If a battery can be pulsed at 50amps down to below 3v with no issues then I believe pulsing it at 32 is fine.
every time I get into a battery discussion I get "read moochs threads, read moochs threads" well some of you need to take your own advice the data clearly shows 30amp pulses and not causing much venting and if all these 200 watt devices are so dangerous why are we not seeing stories of batts venting solely because they were taxed because if it was happeneing we would see it here
Assume your 20 amp battery isn't 20 amps. Most aren't.So with regulated mods is it really that unsafe to pulse a 20A battery at around 24 - 31amps? Assuming the board regulates what it should wouldn't the mod just stop firing? And even if assuming the board fails wouldn't you experience gas/liquid venting through the 2ndary safety feature ie: vent holes instead of an actual explosion?
Assume your 20 amp battery isn't 20 amps. Most aren't.
Assume the board will fail. It eventually will. All electronics do.
Assume there's no vent holes. They can get clogged, missed in mfr'ing or anything in between... or just become a focus point for 2500 degree F flames unsuspectingly.
Let's not live in imagination.

Yes... especially given the way your post was written.reminds me of the final destination franchise. lets just assume what can go wrong will go wrong

I don't have a problem with pulsing batteries above their CDR.
I don't have a problem using them a fraction above their CDR for vaping. (Others will disagree)
But when you start putting dependencies on safety features that do fail to do so, you create a false sense of security. You INCREASE the risk instead of decreasing it.
Samsung 25R confirmed legit... sure... run it at 22 to 25 amps if you want... but know what you're doing and test for heating up uncomfortably.
New "VapeGreat" battery fresh on the market or the only thing you B&M carries with 20A printed on the label?
Keep THAT THING UNDER 15 amps until it's a known quantity with known characteristics. Testing done by a knowledgeable, trustworthy 3rd party, NOT the company selling them be it wholesale, direct to mfr'ing or retail.
I don't give a snot about data sheets and company test results. Some, if not most will be skewed, if not downright lies.
Hence why @Mooch has a career.

You're putting words in my mouth to start an argument and place judgement.Sure, I only use batteries with the word "fire" in them and my only source for vape gear is my local B&M.
you seem to be the type of member on this forum that I wouldn't mind utilizing the ignore function to prevent discussions from escalating into something else, so GL and keep on vaping.
