that is not an rda, and there are a lot of people who purchase the kanger subtank. That is a different market than RDA's. Like I said before i personally purchase authentic mods. Your gripe with me is me purchasing 'counterfeit' RDA's. List me some good authentic 30$ RDA's? RDA and Clearomizer tanks are completely different markets. I personally have authentic Kanger Aerotanks but dislike clearomizers now because I moved to RDA and prefer them, they are two completely different markets.

criminal? lol. I see no crimes happening. Maybe in your perception it is a crime, but the law itself has never put me in jail for buying these products. It's not against the law so why should I stop? It seems like you are set on making me stop and changing my views on 'counterfeit' product (clones).

Whether something is legal or not has little or no bearing on whether it's ethical or not.
Is it ethical to take someone else's design, that they invested considerable effort into developing, and copy it? You can always sell a copy of something for less than the original because you don't have to pay back the initial investment that was made to develop and test the product to begin with.
Is it ethical to put the original maker's logo on that copied product?
Is it ethical to mark that product (or it's packaging) "Made in [some country]" when that's a bald-faced lie?
If any of these are not ethical, is it ethical to buy products from a company that does these things?

I have read what you posted. You are calling clone manufacturers a criminal enterprise and you are putting the kanger subtank in the same group as an RDA.
i agree that it is unethical. but then ask yourself this, is it 'legal', and as far as I know I havent been arrested for it. If their products were reasonably priced then sure I would give them my money, but then ask yourself this again is it 'ethical' for them to make so much money off you for a product that didnt take much into producing? Just because it's original doesnt mean it's good and justifies their overpricing of the product. Its frickin stainless steel which is about a dollar per pound. The materials most of the RDA are made of are negligible compared to the total cost. The ideas are just alterations of the first.

I havent been arrested for anything I have bought that is a 'clone'. They manufacturer either haven't made any trademarks/patents on their products or it is way to easy to break the law and order stuff from overseas (all my clones have no logos or trademarks on them). If you can give me any kind of proof/document that proves any of the products I list in my signature were against the law when i bought them then I will personally trash them, take photos, and order authentics. IE: they werent trademarked/patented designs, or i illegaly procured these items through USPS.

my mods are authentic, all those RDA listed are clones. SOD 5k clone. stillare clone, cigreen X, cigreen N23 was bought off originvape, Dark horse was bought off eciggity. I have nothing against giving my $$ to people that have patents on their design, so if you can prove it was against the law I will trash em and buy authentics. The one thing I agree with is that there is something wrong with the system where I can buy this dirt cheap, but it is not my fault. If you can prove that I am in the wrong and breaking any laws by doing this then I will go and do the right thing, as of yet all I see is opinions. I am doing what I do to benefit myself just as almost everyone in the history of mankind has ever done.
