this is very strange to me and im wondering if anybody els has over noticed this? for some reason or another my protank 2 seems to give me the most flavorful vapes when its almost empty.
why does my protank 2 perform so much better when the tank is low?

Yeah bad vacuum design. I stop filling my protanks all the way full because juice would go bad really fast. Ive stop using them recently(since Aspire products) but protanks vaped a lot better when its a little bit over the 1/4.
because designers have challenges to get around, called design flaws. one improvement can create two problems. vaping is an evolution. your lucky your tank vapes at all. you should of seen what I was using 3 years ago. 
but yeah, its a vacuum problem. you might want to do some DIY modding on one of your leaky tanks. Try sticking a tooth pick in one of the wick holes for better suction of juice into the coil chamber. vavavoom!

I agree! But now I'm trying to buy another one and they are sold out EVERYWHERE! Any suggestions?
i just want to add that i have had my protank 2 for about 3 weeks now and it continues to work flawlessly for me.. no leaks, no gurgling and it vapes great. i just noticed that i seem to get more flavor when the tank is almost empty(which doesn't bother me, i will just keep it filled on the lower side)
