What could of cause my tank to look like this? I've washed it and when it dried up, it looked like this. I thought it was condensation but its actually damaged. I've only had this tank for a week and a half.

You probably used other E-juice from another website that are known to be "tank crackers".
If not, then email then. If you have, nothing Halo can do.

I've used nothing but Halo Juices. And luke warm water for washing them out.

I've used a mixture of Tribeca & SubZero in that blend. It had the discoloration when i dried it up from washing, then as soon as i put it in, the discoloration became darker.
Hmmmm this is odd. Tribeca and Sub-Zero is my main "go to vape" and every few days I rinse the tip, tank and coil in hot water. They always rinse out crystal clear with no discoloration.
