Exactly, non of your whole argument matters because it will all be decided for us, like it or not we have no choice because we live in a civilized society thats governed by laws.
I will vape in places where it is prohibited. Just like you may drive above the speed limit even while that it is prohibited (and is part of basis for my saying I don't believe you abide by all laws). In places where I vape and know that it is prohibited, it'll be the rule of "don't get caught." Very challenging to catch a lone vaper who knows where they can (easily) get away with vaping in an establishment. I've posted on ECF that vaping in hospitals is easy, and IMO, is the easiest of places to vape indoors where it is likely prohibited.
Hence, some laws are meant to be broken. They just are. This is commonly found in the fact that we have many laws that prohibit minors from using thus and so, and yet many statistics measuring the amount of minors today that use thus and so. Those laws are meant to be broken and as I care very profoundly about such issues, I rejoice knowing they are being broken. That makes sense to me. Not breaking certain laws, especially the ones where harm is not so obvious to others, wouldn't make sense. That is the type of law that strikes me as made because fear mongering was at one point at work around construction of the policy, and then later (or today) isn't being undone cause society has moved onto latest new drama that is suddenly biggest deal of the day. Also strikes me that it likely still exists so we (political types) can readily identify who are the sheep and who are the resistors as we go about garnering votes and determining who is with us, and who is against us.
