Personally I fail to see the need for the change. It was fine before and as was said before , suppliers need to be able to answer questions. If I read this correctly then a supplier would not be able to answer to a Newbies post on none working recently purchased goods, whereas in the past the supplier would have been able to answer as often has happened by saying they will replace the none working equipment.
