Why is it gurgling and leaking???

I'm using a new G50 bottom coil clearomizer and it was working fine last week when I first bought this set up. Recently, I've been experiencing gurgling from the clearomizer and I constantly have to clean out the contact because juice is leaking out. What can I do to fix this problem? I'm pretty sure it's the clearomizer because I tried the G50 on a different battery and it did the exact same thing.

Have you checked the head to make sure it's still screwed all the way in to make a proper seal?

Make sure there is no gaps around the wick. I use 2.5mm cotton flavor wick to make sure all the gaps are closed off

Sounds like its flooded, take it apart clean well, and dry thoroughly.

Also check the o rings for wear, nicks, signs of being crushed and, fix or replace them if needed. (You can cut new ones out of the condoms that come on cartos and tips and the like if you can't find the right size already made.)

My Protanks do this.
Usually I have to clean it out with hit water then let it dry
Of set it upside down on a table over night so the wick can dry out.
Sometimes the coil height needs to be adjusted though...

Although, when in doubt I'll replace the head.

I have found that I have to keep it more than about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way filled or it floods like crazy. I have the same problem with the EVOD's.
