Why Is it?

I've noticed the last couple of orders I've made have taken 5 days each to get here, last order was 4 days ago and haven't gotten it, and the orders have been screwed up

When I previously ordered, it would take 3 days max and the order would be correct. Robert has been very helpful and courteous. Why have things changed?

Once it ships the Post Office is in control. Don't even get me started on the PO! They seem to have ALL the Control on delivery! Hope your delivery time gets Better! As far as the orders not being filled correctly you are doing the right thing by contacting CS.

my last 4 orders all had screw ups. i just emailed customer service and it was fixed right away.

My buddy didnt get his PCC with his starter kit, my other buddy got the wrong color batterys and they said they sent him bonuses for it but they didnt send him anything extra, not even the normal freebies.

crazy. I've placed 3 orders in the last couple weeks, and every one of em has been flawless. (well, a couple dud cartos, and the wife's case doesn't stay closed very well, but no mistakes on items) 4th order is on its way as we speak, I tend to expect it to be perfect as well - we'll see!

Usually, when I get an email saying that my order has shipped, I check my mailbox and it's there.

There service and shipping has always been awesome for me. My last few orders got here within 2 days and were perfect and all contained extras. I love V4L

I've been ordering from V4L for 8 months now and have not had one order messed up. Sure hope they get it corrected...in fact I'm sure they will...they always do!!

Hi BrockJ Good to see you too I've been ordering from them for the past year and all was good til recently. Don't know why. Contacted Robert and all is good. Just recently lots of screw ups in my orders

Ok, not to start a flame war, but you are complaining that they sent him free batts, AND let him keep the old batts, and didn't send a freebie? Wow, how low... I totally understand that they messed up on color, but look at it this way, 1 freebie carto is 2 bucks, 2 batts is 40 bucks, all in all, he made out like a bandit! V4L could have said, ok send us the old batts back and we will send you new ones, instead they said keep it, it is on us.
