Why is my juice tasting burnt

ok I have a sigelle 150 watt box mod a sub tank plus with a 0.5ohm coil if I take it above 15 watts it's disgusting burnt to hell but if i run it at 13.5 watts its ok ish? For the first day the juice was fantastic at 15-20 watts on a fresh cool but 2nd day in and it's awful ? Please help

You don't mention the type of juice - Darker, sweeter juices can gunk a bit more quickly. Also, higher VG can tend to gunk you up as well.

If I'm not mistaken, the STP is a 7mL tank? Are you still on your first tank? If you're into a 2nd tank already, it's possible that it's time to change the coil....

Did you happen to prime the OCC before trying to hit it? I make sure to put a decent amount of juice directly on the wicking (side holes and top) and then I'll start low and gradually work my way up. It's possible that once the cotton has been singed, you would either have to replace the coil or at least rewick with fresh material.

Try closing down the air holes and taking some hits without firing and this sucks some ejuice into the coil and then after say 4

draws then start to fire it again between 15 and 25 is a good area to be in--hopes this helps as I have had the same problem.
