Why is my smoke juice sweet?

VG and PG are both sweet by themselves so they add a bit of sweetness to the liquid. Also, there are flavors out there that are naturally sweet without requiring additional sweetener in the mix, like marshmallow and cotton candy
Thanks, that explains a lot! The flavor is nice at times then seams to mutate to super sweet. Its a little annoying at times.

Glycerine is sweet. If you have a no-nic glycerine base you can taste it (do not drink it) and you will see that there is a sweet taste.
Anyway, the sweetener (if existed) is not always written on the label although it is very important (especially for people having problems with sugar).
Maybe if you wash the pipe/cartridge/drip tip you use with water, you will not have the tense of sweetness any more.

Thanks atmoslab, I will give this a try. I will clean the atomizer tonight and refill the cartomizer and see how this works. I'm really bombed out by this. I just bought my Infinity Pro and feel like I'm not really enjoying my vapes because of this. The ejuice doesn't mutate like this with my KR8 batteries.

Ok, I give up. It's still sweet no matter what I do. It's funny, when I first started on the black cherry it had a nice flavor. The bottle is almost empty it's like sugar settled in the bottom of the bottle. I won't by any black cherry on my next order and I will be sure to shake the bottle next time.

I need to find something tart to offset the sweetness. I'm now noticing this on my other juices. Darn it! I was enjoying vaping so well. One thing for sure tho, I won't be going back to analogs!

I'm vaping black cherry smoke juice and can't understand why it's sweet when there isn't any sweetener listed in the ingredients.

The mantra in among vaping manufacturers seems to be "If you can't make it good, make it sweet!"

I kid, but it really depends on how the manufacturer brews it. For something like black cherry, I can definitely see how it could end up on the sweet side. If you like black cherry and the juice you're smoking now isn't doing it for you, your best bet is to probably order another manufacturer's black cherry and see if that tickles your fancy better. This really applies to tobacco flavors. I've had "tobacco" flavors from manufacturers that taste nothing like tobacco, and then tobacco flavors from others that are almost like the real deal.

Wait til you try other flavors......but stay away from the CRAB juice:D

I think, all thing's considered, I'd rather vape crab juice than the caramel cappuccino from my freedom smokes. It tasted like motor oil and some other things that are probably against the rules to mention. It stunk my room up for days too, and I only vaped it for all of two seconds before going to the bathroom to purge.
