Why is my vapor cold??

I don't get it. Just how low in the sub-ohm region do you have to get before the vapor actually becomes warm? I see so many people commenting on how hot their top caps get, so they use delrin insulators, etc.

Well, I've got a 0.7ohm dual coil set up, and when I blow the vapor on my hands it actually feels cool. Totally strange! I thought for sure the vapor would be warm.
