Why no love for Gremlin?

There's quite a few companies here at ECF with 50 plus page threads about their e liquids, but none for Gremlin. Have I missed something? I chatted with Rich from Gremlin by e mail the other day before placing my first order. He seems to be a good guy and was helpful with my questions.

If it's not against any rules, why not use this post as a chance to chat about Gremlin's e liquids?

I ordered some Vanilla Custard, Samoan Dreams, Caramel Spice, Vanilla Overload, and Horchata. I have only seen the Vanilla Custard mentioned in past posts and it seems to be well liked. Anyone tried any of these flavors and if so what did you think about them? Any other Gremlin flavors that are a must try?

There are just sooo many places out there selling liquids. I noticed a huge pile of sales posted in the Deals & Steals thread at Christmas for liquids places I had never heard of before... and then I never heard a word about any of 'em again.

My wife just brought me home some Gremlin juice Vanilla Custard from a local shop here, first I'd heard of them. It's pretty good. The vanilla is spot on, I'm not getting too much of the "custard" but I'll give it some time and see. All in all it's one I'd probably get again. I did initially try it in a .8ohm dripper, and all I could taste was vanilla. I switched over to a 1.9ohm dripper and I'm definitely getting more creaminess now, so keep that in mind.

I LOVE gremlin juice-the vanilla custard and horchata-omg so good!!! see he's got some new flavors in development that I should add onto my next order too-strawberry shortcake and caramel chai spice...great prices, juices, quick shipping-LOTS of love for gremlin from me Let that vanilla custard steep and oh my goodness-probably the best custard I've had so far...used to like vanilla overload until tried the custard, the custard just hit the spot more-I also liked tropical berry and berry overload-very cherry vanilla, waffles and cinnamon, red white and blue not my things-ymmv...I also liked white gremlin too-he's got a LOT of stuff I want to try still

there's a very little here and there on ecf about gremlin juice, not like on reddit though

I dont Ive always thought the same thing. when i was buying vendor juice gremlins one one of my favorites. the vanilla custard and chocolate overload are very very good ..... like posted above reddit is more gremlin friendly lol

so many vendors and juice lines out there. even on a forum like this some vendors and juice lines go without much fanfare. some examples are the standard, the jackson co. and blueprint juice lines. i recently won a contest and got 15 bottles of juice from these 3 brands and they are really very good well made flavors. not much mention here though. vaping cell block four in my kayfun lite as i type.

The Standard gets enough mentions here. LOL There's plenty what's Frankenvape like posts. IMO The Standard is lack luster. I had both Frankenvape and Curious Jorge and gave them to a friend.

i did not get the Frankenvape but did get Curious Jorge but have not tried it yet. Tater is one of their new flavors and it is fantastic.

I got my order in a few days ago and as promised I have returned to give my opinions.

Samoan Dreams: I taste Dark Chocolate and Coconut, but no Caramel. It seems that when there is more than 2 flavors listed in flavor descriptions from any company I cannot taste what's listed after the 2nd flavor. Maybe my palate isn't refined enough to pick it up. There is a slight sweetness I can't put my finger on, maybe that's the caramel? I really like this flavor. I was surprised that I got Dark Chocolate instead of a cheap milk chocolate flavor. It's a medium brown color and smells a bit like alcohol, but I don't taste any.

Vanilla Overload: I can taste Vanilla (imagine that), but it's pretty faint. I can also taste what seems like a cake flavor as well. It's quite pleasant but not what I imagined it would be with all those Vanilla flavors combined in 1 juice. Maybe some steeping will bring out more flavor. It's a tan/yellowish color and smells like Vanilla.

I will try the Horchata & Vanilla Custard later today and report back.

Looking forward to the rest of your review, Dunkel. I ordered Vanilla Custard and Horchata yesterday based on recommendations here from friends with similar taste. Gremlin has been on my wish list for a while now, there are just so many vendors to chose from. For me, it is hard to get around to every one of them since I have only been vaping a few months. I hope I like these juices, and if so, I will definitely spread the love. Seems a lot of members have already tried them and the reviews must have been decent or they would not be on my very loooong wish list.

Another update...

Caramel Spice: I taste a burnt sugar type of caramel and some Chai type spices. If it weren't for the spices it reminds me of Mad Murdock's 710 which I really don't like. Maybe with some steeping this will improve but for now I really don't like it. It's a very faint tan/yellow color and smells like caramel and faintly of spices.

Horchata: I taste some creaminess and a little cinnamon. The 2 flavors together are pleasant but faint. I have never drank a Horchata, but I know some are made with chufas and some are made with rice. I have smoked Horchata flavored hookah tobacco, but it was mostly a cinnamon flavor. Chufas have a distinct sweet spiciness to them. This does not have that taste, so i guess this is supposed to taste like the rice version. It's not bad but the flavor is very weak. Hopefully some steeping will bring the flavors up a notch. It is nearly clear and smells very faintly of cinnamon.

Going to get to the Vanilla Custard in a bit.

Gremlin Juice quick review fresh out of the box 50/50 blend
Berry Overload: Bold berry flavor, which berries I'm not sure but I think blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, just lots of fresh juicy berry flavor! It's really good and I bet this will be absolutely great in a week!
White Gremlin: "A White Vanilla cake with a mysterious fruit and berry filling, lightly frosted with White Chocolate."
So far just what you'd expect from the description-but needs a steeep-so far so good, have every reason to believe it will achieve greatness
Papa's Peanut Butter: The site says to wait a week and they're right, shows promise but I bet it'll develop in time
Brett's Breakfast Blend: "This blend combines a smooth tobacco with the warm flavors of Waffles and Vanilla."
Didn't realize when I ordered that this has maple, which I don't like, I'm getting quite a bit of maple, very mild tobacco, quite sweet, maple is overpowering everything else at this point, too much maple for me, if you love maple and a lot of sweetness this is for you.
Overall, Gremlin is excellent though, bold flavor and quality juice.

i'd like to try them but theres no place on their website that talks about the ingredients. Its the ultimate trust situation on ingredients over there. but it seems they are selling a lot of juice.

i dont mind some artificial ingredients but i really like the listing/disclaimer that someone posted from the Ahlusion website. that's what i'm looking for before i buy from a vendor

Another update...

Vanilla Custard: I taste a rich vanilla but kinda faint. This will most likely shine with some steeping. It's a golden color and smells like a nice vanilla.

I will review them all again in a few weeks after they've steeped a bit.

I've had their Vanilla Custard...still have some actually. To me, its a smooth vanilla reminiscent of Bryce's. Its good, and I can see why many enjoy it. Personally, its a bit light for my taste...not to mention not "eggy" enough. But that may very well be why others like it.

Glad there's enough vendors around to accomodate all tastes!
