Its time to stock up on the ingredients of my favorite mix again. So, today at 2:17 PM I placed my order.

At 5:30, the order was packaged and I received my shipping info. Now there's a lot of places that are fast, but that kind of attention is just too good to ignore.

So if your one of those that like me was looking for a good, reliable and fast supplier of DIY ingredients and gear, then look no further. One Stop DIY shop is a worry and hassle free vendor.

Thank you, One Stop Diy shop, for making my life that much easier.

Outstanding customer service!!!!!! I have been ordering from Kimberly for almost 6 months now and have always been completely satisfied with every purchase. One Stop DIY Shop is and will continue to be my favorite vendor. Never too busy to answer a few questions. I owe my DIY sucess to her patience and encouragement. In a perfect world she would carry every single vapeing supply known to man including hardware so I would never have to order from anyone else!! I just can't say enough good things about One Stop DIY Shop Always, always my go to vendor for DIY supplies. If she doesn't have it I don't need it.

OSDIYS is the ONLY place where I buy my supplies! You guys have everything I need to make my own juice, you don't get upset when I ask for no pipettes in my freebies, and you occasionally include a really nice surprise for me! You have extremely responsive and friendly customer service with fast shipping and great prices! You're a dream come true! I recommend you guys any time someone asks about DIY.

:vapor::vapor::vapor: Here's a vape to you and to a long and happy DIY relationship!

I'M A DEDICATED CUSTOMER!

I meant to post this much earlier, as these events took place a couple weeks ago, but... I've been a little busy.

I made an order for a couple flavors under the 30 mil special. This was my first order. If I remember correctly, I had a tracking number that same day. A few days later, I received my package and discovered that the items I received were in six mil bottles. I immediately called the customer service number on their site (not during business hours) and left a somewhat irritated message about the mixup. The call came later that same night, and Kim apologized for the mixup, told me they'd ship out the correct order right away and allowed me to keep the six mil bottles in the interim.

Anyhow, point being: onestopdiyshop handled a fairly understandable mistake very well and earned themselves a repeat customer.

I've dealt with a lot of different vendors over the last year or so. Some good experiences and some bad, and onestopdiyshop has set themselves apart. I'll be back.

Good to know! I've been researching DIY, and this is the most glowing review I have read. I checked out the website, and the prices looked right. I especially loved that I can request a noob pamphlet  So rest assured, when I'm ready to give it a go, I'm coming here. Already have the website bookmarked :)

I just placed my 2nd order and once again my street and city where mixed up. Just like my first order I got a phone call to make sure the address was correct. I'm sure I put them in the system wrong but never got any guff. Instead I got "I'll go in the system and fix it for you" So any company that goes out of their way to fix MY mistake is alright in my book! The prices are good, the shipping is zooooooom fast, the supplies just what I need and the flavor choices are abundant. It truly is one stop. I highly recommend One Stop DIY Shop! A+
