I don't consider myself a "doobe" as I have been vaping for a over a year, and have been registered for about that long. I have gained a .... load of info from this site, and am grateful for all the wonderful help.(I never have posted before, as with a little searching, I have had all my questions answered). I have gone the route that many have of starting with a sub-mini because of the way it looked, to a m401, then a kr808, and now an Ego. I'm having a problem with ego that no one seems to be having, and wanted to post in that area that has a lot of info on that model, or in the supplier forum. Because I havn't posted before, I am limited to where I can post. I also have, what I think, is a good suggestion for cartos that I would like to post in the modders forum. How many posts do I have to make ? And if it is 5 can I ask my questions here ? Will anyone see it. I don't want to post gibberish just to rack up my count.
Thanks for any info

The New Members Forum is the busiest forum on the site, and it's not just due to new members. We have a lot of vets who read these posts so they can help others. If you post, it will be seen.

This is the internet, lots of bots, lots of trolls and a whole lot of folks who have no sense
of civility. A bit of moderation is good and no moderation has a price of disruption.
I know more than a few folks who have been banned from this forum because it was
to limiting for their taste in comments. As for me,,time will tell,,till then happy vaping.

so... i was wondering... why the restrictions on how many posts and to who? i thought that this forum would help me learn as much as i can about my new e-cig. i was very happy to stumble onto this community. just feels a bit cold to me.

you can't take it personal. You can still get all the info you need. There's always the live chat too. Just hang in there and keep posting. I'm in the same boat my friend!

I love love love this forum. I have my post count up and can post outside New Members, but I like it here :) I also love the fact that there isn't a .....-ton of spam to deal with. Everyone is very supportive, informed and informative. Good times :D

I agree Mama,
This is the first place I came when I first bought my ecig and it's been nothing but helpful. My problem is I just end up on the live chat and I haven't really posted anything. LOL! Hope to get my posts up and be a full member soon!
