Question: Do you think vaping makes you more vulnerable to taking up the smoking habit again or possibly less vulnerable?
I can only speak for myself. I am still engaging in "behavior" that is ritualistic comparison to smoking. I have noticed that when I was quit for 5 years once a long time ago, I never even thought about inhaling, blowing rings, or any of it.
for me, because I'm NOT addicted or dependent on nicotine anymore (I often vape 0 nic) it's the behavior that I'm addicted to. So for me, *maybe* continuing the behavior is counterproductive.
However, I just didn't have it in me to do "cold turkey" again.....and then ecigs came on the scene, and it seemed a pretty EASY choice.

Harm reduction and I do feel better.
But because of my psychological need to continue the behavior I may at some point quit vaping because that is what I desire for
myself, a goal if you will.
I could use the $$ on other things and not have to fiddle.
BUT, I will always keep a joytech ego batt + carto or clearo and a bottle o juice in drawer somewhere, to make sure I never pick up a cig again----and I can pretty much say that I'm not afraid of smoking again....you just know certain things about yourself, and I really am not even drawn to cigs at all now. As a matter of fact, I am repulsed by them, and would not go back.
