I cut into the Birds Eye Maple Burl...I really don't think it is Birdseye.
There just aren't enough Eyes, nice cream color with subtle grain.

You can do some of your own sleuthing. Click advanced search on the right at the top of the page(white print on darker blue strip). Type in someone's user name, and you can see the last time they logged into the forum. A member should get a pm pop up message when they log on, unless they have opups blocked on their computer.
