Yes, if you let it soak long enough. Rubbing alcohol will also.

yes, but I do not have a plugged stainless lol. Maybe I will run hot water through it & blow it out... Dont supose letting it just sit upright will fix it? Like the economy, just ignore it & it will will fix itsself?

You could just boil it in water, rinse, boil, rinse boil until it comes clean....I boil my black cartomizers and no problems yet
