Will a battery hold it's charge while not in use?

I'm going on vacation next week and would like to take minimal supplies. If I charge up all my batteries before I leave will there be a chance that one of them will still work if the other goes dead? (I plan to take 4 plus a charger). I will be in vegas and there will be a change a I won't have access to be able to charge if I'm out and about for a full day. I don't have to sit in my room for 4 hours waiting to charge a battery! Taking 3 pen style and my eGo-T. Thoughts?

A Battery will hold a Charge over time it will degrade but not the ammount of time your talking about.

That's exactly the reason why lithium-ion rechargeable batteries are widely-used nowadays, from cameras and portable drills to laptops. They hold the charge longer than other types of batts.

My KR808 batteries lasted for a few months, while I digressed back to analogs for a while.

you should be good. I tried it over here in Canada and didnt have any issues. I did ask the security guard when i walked in if it was ok and she said it was fine.

you can still smoke in Vegas casinos, analogs. I think. You should be able to vape.

I have left an automatic battery (a Green Smoke... yeah, I know) in a drawer for 6 months before, and found it hot and lively when I pulled it out to use it. Since I switched to eGo I haven't left my e-cig unused for more than 12 hours at a time, so I am unable to report on its shelf life.
