Will magnets affect regulated devices and is e-liquid corrosive to them?

No, magnets should not affect regulated devices. E-juice should not be corrosive to rare earth magnets. E-juice pH is between 6 and 8. VG is pH 7 (neutral), like distilled water also. Remember, these liquids are designed for oral administration. If they were corrosive or caustic then you couldn't vape them safely.

I have heard that Brass doesn't work well with e-liquid so I thought I would ask.

Brass is an alloy metal made with copper. With juices more toward pH 6 (acidic) the copper can leach out of the brass if the the juice makes contact with it, increasing the chance of inhaling vapor containing copper. This could be a problem as copper is toxic. However, many homes in the US have copper plumbing, so IMHO, I feel the actual risk is very slight, although contaminated e-juice would have a metallic copper taste to it. Yuck.
