Will my ego usb charger be O.K for my Smoktech Mini 450mah

I just received my Smoktech Mini 450mah battery and was wondering if it is safe to use my joyetech ego usb charger for it.With the the output of 4.2 v and 420mA.Really wanted to be careful here.
