I use LG HE4 batteries at some point in all my single battery mods.
The Pico will work with any quality 18650 battery, you just need to make sure you have a really good battery to run it at high power. HE4 is good, just not the very best.
Mostly my Pico has an old Panasonic in and I use it for low power vaping, so I can assure you (or anybody else) that the mod itself will work no trouble.

The HE4 is fine for your Pico. As @Cf11 points out, you're good to 60W. With a 0.5 ohm coil it's unlikely you'll ever even get to 60W. Besides, if you are running all day at 60W or more, you'll need either a 2 or 3 battery mod, or several charged batteries (in protective cases) in your pocket as you'd run through a single battery fairly fast.

But the real question is, is it completely safe to use it?

I constantly draw 18A from HE4's and have for 2 years so go for it, Mooch has it rated at 20A (Same as Mfr rating)

Just stay above 0.2 ohms at full power

Please Note: I only cycle my batteries 200 times then retire them.

LG, Sony and Samsung are some of the safest batteries to use and Gearbest only sells authentic batteries so they won't be fakes.

If the wrapper gets a rip make sure to have it re-wrapped by a professional (usually do it for free or cheap)

If you are going to carry batteries around with you make sure to carry them in a battery case (gearbest gives free cases when you buy them).

Never carry loose batteries in your pockets..

I'd suggest researching 18650 battery safety.

Yes, it is safe as long as you follow the battery safety guidelines @Canadian_Vaper listed. Well, almost, as rewrapping a battery yourself with a hair dryer or heat gun is pretty easy. Just make sure the little white insulator is in place on top.
