just had this from Ainy Zeng in China:

"Unfortunately today we recieved worse news. From today, Both China Post and EMS post will stop accepting packages with many e-liquids. It might stop one day but until now we are not sure, just waitting to see how it is going with our current shipments already in the system.

WE HAVE SUSPENDED E-LIQUIDS FROM THE SITE UNTILL WE KNOW HOW WE CAN SHIP THEM SAFELY TO YOU.

It is really bad news to us and for you as our customers. But at this stage we can do nothing to change that. "

I just placed an order yesterday and also an order late last week, will I still get them or not?

I had one package included 10 x 112ml bottles of eliquid sent back to HC last Sept via EMS, and must change all the liquid to cartos and batteries so order can shipped via DHL. Though, HC's service is good, this caused by China's customs policy on China National Day.

I'm intending to test shipping little liquid again.

Hope this is just a temporary situation. We should not vape water mix with air.

We can ship ejuice with ems. but orders containing ejuice need more days before they leave china.

We can ship liquid with DHL and EMS with no problems. But liquid need extra time before they leave china.
we can still ship liquid with China airmail, but airmail to some countries are too slow and we decided to stop airmail to the following countries:
Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Netherland, Singapore, Vietnam, Russia, France, Spanish, Thailand, UK, Indonesia, Switzerland.

We do suggest customers from Poland, Netherland, Singapore, Vietnam to choose DHL as shipping method.

We do suggest customers from Russia, France, Spanish, Thailand, UK, Indonesia, Switzerland to choose EMS as shipping method.

They must have got the info from somewhere, but we don't know where.

I am guessing they are a smaller company than yourselves and you probably have more 'resources' to hand to keep the juice shipments going so to speak

Sorry. all liquid including diy flavors may lead to a delay.

if you choose DHL, it may delay 2-3 days.

if you choose EMS, it may delay 3-5 days.

If you choose airmail, it may delay 7-14 days.

My order is being shipped via DHL. Just 14 hours to go outside China. I think you should consider DHL than EMS.

Yeah I have an order being shipped via DHL & it hasn't had any problems so far. On its way to US right now I think. Only took 1 day to leave China. DHL is wayyy better in my experience then the other methods. They keep your package moving 24hours a day until it gets to your house.

well , delays are unavoidable unless your paying for a dhl. Even dhl does has delay once in awhile. Since your from thailand i believe your local mails does delay as well let along china which is much bigger then thailand.

I live in Vietnam. As EMS is not a best way for delivery, especially for liquid delivery, HC asked me for changing from EMS to DHL, just leave your request on comment when checking out, HC will contact you via email or helpdesk to make a difference in shipping fee (about 4.7$ for 500gr). You may try this method.

You can see my live delivery. What an exciting to see it's travelling from country to country very fast!

DHL | Tracking | English

As you can see, it takes just 1 day and a half to go to Thailand, then go to Vietnam the same day at last. DHL is more expensive than EMS, but it worths money.

Thanks for that, I wish I knew about that before, the cost is not that important to me if I can get it quicker.
So mine 6 days later still hasn't left China where yours is already in Bangkok.
Does your order have e juice in it mate?

I will change to DHL for my new orders for sure if this is better and quicker.

Health Cabin, can you confirm this to me that what bienva17 says is right for me here in Thailand for deliveries?.

Everything is going on a test. I have experienced ~ 3 weeks shipping a big pack of liquid via EMS from HC (due to China National Day), with 47 mutual emails on helpdesk. Package was returned to HC and sent back again and returned again, and the problem was only solved by changing from EMS to DHL, and changing all the liquid to batteries and some vv nova head coils which are equivalent in price.

I think I had a little bigger problem compares to your 6 days delay. So everything is just gonna be solved with patience and mutual understanding.

The day before yesterday, I made an order with about 200ml of liquid to check if DHL shipping with liquid is convenient or not, and it seems to be going smoothly. Hope it's getting to my house today.

Cause it may be a "testing service", and a little secret to solve my problem, I'm not sure this solution will satisfy you or not.
