Patricia, THAT'S IT! THE PROBLEM. I think these people were all raised in the 70's when their parents failed to realized that we really need to wack our kids when they act up, and right now! Consequences always should be memorable. Now we call them Progressive Liberals.

You need a time out on that one. My best friend in the world was raising his kids in the 70's. His son, who was the product of his first marriage, learned how to play the game early. Dad used to threaten him with corporal punishment but never hit him, because you couldn't. Kid got the bright idea to tell them at school that his dad hit him. Dad was under scrutiny from then on. Epilog- at 38 now the son is finally coming around after fighting the ...... addiction for the better part of his life. Still can't drive a car, but appears to finally be "getting it".

This country has just out "lawed" itself. The post before this one was about seat belts. I don't wear mine, just because the government insists on it. However, I do wear a helmet when I ride because the government lets me make the decision.

The "progressive era" began in 1890 in the United States. We have been a socialist state for over 100 years. We have herd masters who decide our lives for us.

In I think it was 1903 Teddy Rosevelt tried to get single payer government ran healthcare, and thats the reason he was a 1 termer president. From then on it has all been downhill. The states use to have all the power, not after the civil war.

The only way things are made legal by the FDA is money, look at baxter and monsanto, they are killing people.

This country has major problems, and it was happening long before bush and obama. So many reasons to stand up to this government, this is just one more. I hope this opens the eyes of some people to see we are in such a bad place.

The only thing worse than seeing all that in one clip.... is the fact that I know where each clip came from

Thats awesome :D

I will most definitely fight for my right to vape if the fda bans e cigarettes and/or liquid. I will do whatever it takes (within reason) to exercise my rights. There are so many vapers, I have a feeling that our voices will be heard. However, I have a feeling that no matter what I'll still be able to get my supplies because where there's demand there will be a supply. Just look at illegal drugs, they are banned, but people still find ways to acquire them.

We need a video documentary with testamonials and info to back up the good that ecigs are. Rat in da hat was doin a vid but dunno what happened to it. I'm a video editor and I'm willing to ghost edit it, if ppl could provide the original vids. I'm not sure the legal aspect of putting people on camera without model releases and quotes from new articles and such. I could also really use a well recorded voice over really scripted well. Also good quality jpegs of all documents and print stuff.

Many home vids of decent quality interviews of how ecigs have helped ppl would be nice. I'm not sure how to distribute it youtube or something similar. I have seen hour long vids on youtube, not sure how much it cost to host a vid that long on youtube. If people could help by getting all the material together would be a big help. The editing would take alot of time just by itself. It would take me prlly several weeks to edit up a really nice piece around 30 mins with great visuals and compelling testamonials. There would have to be guidelines for the interviews like good lighting and sound and not handheld on a tripod with a upclose tight shot. People would have to do vids and send me the original tapes would be the best solution and quality. This is the best way I can offer to fight is with my edit skills. I would be happy to edit it and pass it off to someone else to host and take credit for it. LoL I really dont need the hate mail to add to all my everyday problems lol.

I have sent e-mails, letters, and fax's to everybody in a position to enact laws regarding the e-cig. I sell and use them. They work and save lifes.

My next move is to contact the Florida American Civil Liberties Union and see if they will take my case. My postion is, according to the FDA and the various anti smoking groups I can kill myself with tobacco cigarettes and that is okay. I cannot save my life by using an e-cig which is not known to kill or harm anyone. Politicians are enacting laws regarding the e-cig thru ignorance of the product. One state wants e-cig users to expose themselves to deadly second hand smoke by mandating they use their e-cig in smoking areas only. I think this is fair game for a law suit.

I hadn't even heard of an E-Cigarette till about a month ago. And even while I was waiting (for the Blu I ordered 8-o) and reading about it of and on, I still had no idea the impact it would make on my life. I have been smoking since I was 12, and now 20 years later (and 10 days tobacco free), I am fanatical about the E-Cig that I try to educate and tell as many people about it.

YES I WILL FIGHT FOR IT!

Right now I think it is the time to give the groups that have come along a chance to play it's role. And it is time for us to inform as many people as we can about the product and how the government is treating it. I think once most of America (and mostly it's smokers) know about the product and what it can do for their lives, the product will stand for itself (dangling from the mouths of it's users). I would be interested in creating a pamphlet or flyer that our group can distribute. I have already started on the verbiage, trying to stay on the subject of informing people the cons of smoking, the pros of vaping, and the stance the government is taking. I will try to get a draft together in the next day or two. All suggestions are welcome!

They will have to pry my 510 from my cold, dead hands
DAMN! I read this far hoping no one had used that one yet lol it's still in my clip board...

but I'll have to fight from Canada

here, now it's official!

nope i won't.

I'll use up my stockpiles and ween myself off...well, thats the plan anyway..

I can't see me vaping 4ever..legal or not

ApO.
This is where I am a little disappointed. I understand that most people will not use this forever, but why be selfish? Here is a product that can help 1/3 of the worlds population get off of tobacco, SAFELY. I'm won't fight just so I can continue vaping, I will fight for the health of mankind. Who is the government to tell us what is safe (they don't have a very good track record), and what we should and shouldn't use? I'm an adult, and have the mental capacity to make educated decisions for myself. Keep an open mind and realize, what effects you, effects other people as well.

Will I fight? Define "fight".

Will I stand in the middle of a street with my PV and yell "F**K you AMERICA" while vaping? No.

Will I support a taxing on PV's by buying locally? No.

Will I support federal tax on PV's by buying from American vendors only? No.

Will I only eat at sit-in dining facilities that allow me to vape? Yes.

Will I vape in my house? Yes.

Will I vape in my car? Yes.

Will I pick up a gun and shoot a congress person for not voting for PV's? No.

Will I vote against my congressman who votes against PV's? Yes.

Will I go to rallies that support or oppose PV's? No.

Will I ever buy another pack of analogs domestically again? No. (I've learned to be patient.)

"Fight" is such a subjective term...and fighting doesn't have to be loud.

new dude with 4 posts..I am not selfish , if I where i wouldn't have been here for as long as i have..Realist..they will be banned whether it be temporarily until further tests and studies are done or just because they can be. I have said the same since the day I picked up my first e-cig, before the general population of the land of the free even knew about them.

As for even trying to say these things are safe shows your newness..for all we know the long term effects using e-cigs may far out-weigh those of tobacco products.

you only gotta look at how many US states are voting to ban the use of these things in public regardless on how many people shout about it on a forum.

I hear alot of loud voices in this thread , but unfortunatley I fear they will dampen down to mere whispers in the real world.

I tend to agree, "fight" is an objective term. I don't figure anyone here has the balls to be the next Thomas Payne....we're sheep. We've been fed antibiotics, tucked into bed with a kiss from Mom, and told to go make that almighty American dollar for too long now. FYI...just because you're a conservative, against "gov't control" doesn't mean you're some kind of god d**ed maverick. Conservatives, from my experience, are some of the biggest wusses around. They stand for their bank accounts. Remember, the biggest trick the devil ever played on folks was convincing them he never existed.

Will I fight? On my terms, yes I will. Will I write my Senator or Congressman that keeping Ecigs is the way to go? I doubt it, cause they probably could care less. Only thing I can do is inform the folks around me, be involved with my community regarding the truth of e cigs. Those who think otherwise have lofty goals, and believe that the "American Dream" is still alive. You can make a difference, in your commmunity, your circle of friends. Will that lead to greater things? I dunno, but you gotta try.
