I don't. I have crazy vivid realistic color dreams. It's really intense to constantly dream so hard. I have narcolepsy, so I'm constantly in a rem state and hardly ever get any of the good restful sleep state. It's exhausting!

My favorite are lucid dreams. They don't happen very often, but they're fun as all get out.......
