The IJOY EXO RTA in ss, I like building my own coils and like the ease of building on a velocity style deck. The single coil option and different glass sizes are also appealing.

1. I would choose the RTA because I've only used rebuildable stuff for a while now.

2. Probably between 60-80 watts, but it would depend on weekday kind of build I like best in it.

#2: I'd be in the 20-30 range, lower for my NETs.

#3 - I'll echo some sentiments here and go with the combo atty. I'm not much of a tank guy, but the hybrid nature of these seems like a cool thing, especially for someone newer to vaping who doesn't know whether they are an RDA or an RTA type.
