Turns out, salt really isn't that bad for you. Just like being told to avoid cholesterol or saturated fats turns out to be another case of bad science.

Plus, with all the people swearing off iodized table salt (it was iodized for a reason), there's a lot more iodine deficiency issues showing up in the US.
