Is there ANYTHING there not amazing?!? I went to Mardi gras with some friends who are definitely NOT gastronauts. But I really had to pick myself up off the floor one day during Mardi Gras when they suggested Mickey D's for lunch. IF someone shot me 10 times, and hog tied me, you MIGHT be able to get me into a Mickey D's. But I'd have to be STONE dead to be in one in Nola...

IKR?...How can anyone be in NOLA and go to Mickey D's...that's just sacrilege!!!

I still say have a couple of recipes and order just what you need for those, it will save you a lot of money in the long run. Also you have some duplicates in your cart. What do you have in mind for the butter and buttercream?
You have a good idea ordering a different kind of strawberry and blueberry to enhance those flavors. Pie Crust can be overwhelming so use sparingly. I keep a few different vanillas such as vanilla swirl, vanilla bean and French vanilla as well as a custard and pie crust. Sweet cream can make your juice taste soapy so I don't use over 2% and I like a toasted marshmallow as well as marshmallow. Just some ideas. You are on the right track though, have patience and you will get there

lol - yeah - a couple of the folks on my training teams have learned that the best thing to do is follow me around on food tour... having grown up in lake charles and lived in baton rouge and n'awlins, my tummy knows its way around...

Oh myyyyyy. If I ever go there I will have to remember to NOT try that. I am an addict. Trying things like that could lead me into a downward bacon spiral!!!
