On line at Sur La Table but not a cheap one. I've seen them at Kmart, WW, Target. Amazon, I think I'd avoid Craigslist no telling what they pressed with a used one.

Hey DC, do you recall a PM I sent you a while back regarding a juice that I'm working on? I was having issues with it tasting like straw. Well I fingered it out I backed the nut flavor off just a little bit added a little more sweetener. I also added about .25ml of smooth (5 drops)in a 50 ml bottle and then the real kicker I added the same amount of sour to it. I speed steeped yesterday and just had to give it a taste last night It is almost there the straw taste is gone and the favors are coming through nicely. In a week or so it should be fantastic, if I can keep my hands off of it til then.
Do we need to use the Ken translator on that statement or what the ell do you mean.

Rock ON! I have not yet done a lot of work with additives (like the sour) but i do have a bottle of 10% citric mixed up in PG for my impending forays into fruit flavors
