Personally cinnamon spice is like in apple cinnamon muffins cinnamon is like hot tamale or red hot candies. Or If they even still exist reeds cinnamon candies Kinda like life savers only better.

Online I keep reading that cinnamon is bad for you if taken in large quantities?. What is classed as large quantities?.

As you can see in this pic I like gum, especially cinnamon gum. The ingredients listed on the Big Red gum says 'natural and artificial flavors'

Yeah, old school for sure, but it had been sitting around in the back of the cupboard. It's gone now, lol. I used to LOVE tangueray, until I had a particularly unfortunate incident, so I've not been friends with gin in a long time.

The good news, I'm all set for vitamin c for a while.

Cinnamon is like the hot candy (Red Hots, Hot Tamales,..). Cinnamon spice is like what's in apple pie, cinnamon danish, ...
Hard to find good cinn spice. Sometimes it comes out chemical tasting, like the candy.

When I was in Orlando I tried hot tamales and Jolly Rancher cinnamon fire and I didn't like them. but the cinnamon gum....

I've got PA's cinnamon but I should of ordered cinnamon Danish instead. Oh well... it was only a 10ml bottle.

Ms.Sue, I think I read about cinnamon flavors a while back, it's the ones with the oil that are not appropriate for vaping, or something like that. I'm guessing you've read up on it, plus the mixers here would tell you which ones to avoid.

Yeah I've read up about it and the more I read the more it confuses me.
I read an article and it said cinnamon in food causes liver damage and in another one it says vaping cinnamon causes sores in the throat and lung and chest problems.

The oils are classically known as plastic tank crackers. Cinnamon was a huge topic several years back, for both diy and purchased eliquids,

If you really like cinnamon, I'd urge looking in the diy eliquid area, see what the current knowledge is. Some vendors likely have decently safe variants, I've simply avoided it,

( any tank cracker I'd skip, even though my lungs aren't plastic. I'm into harm reduction )
