Good evening everyone! Here's wishing good luck to all of us that are awaiting the final drawing!
Good-Luck-2502.gif

Been away getting stuff for my son's science fair project, that is due next week. Why oh why do they wait until the last minute to ask for the materials they need?:glare:

Who would've thought getting a simple wooden ruler (with a groove across the top), and some metallic ball bearings would be so hard to find? And don't get me started on the freaking Neodymium Magnets!!!

Thank goodness we found everything; after driving around town for like 7 hours, thank you very much. I'm exhausted!

The oils are classically known as plastic tank crackers. Cinnamon was a huge topic several years back, for both diy and purchased eliquids,

If you really like cinnamon, I'd urge looking in the diy eliquid area, see what the current knowledge is. Some vendors likely have decently safe variants, I've simply avoided it,

( any tank cracker I'd skip, even though my lungs aren't plastic. I'm into harm reduction :) )

I've looked at the DIY section and I've also looked on other forums and quite a lot of people have said they will carry on using cinnamon.
I've read banana, citrus and some cherries and other flavours are plastic tank crackers but still people use them

Also I wanted to know about cinnamon in foods.

In the UK they keep saying bacon and processed meat causes cancer but yet people still eat it.

Funny how we got away with it for thousands of years. Maybe they should be looking at processing changes rather than the Meats:D

It's all personal choice. I've been into diy over 5 years, a lot of fun ( the nic strength testing days were really interesting) :) Fortunately none of the flavors I've worked with have had issues, including multiple berries and banana. (i used a plastic tank for many years, right up until I picked up the stm recently.)

For premade eliquids there was also a thread on which particular eliquids were a problem, though I don't know if it's been maintained.

Apologies if my prior post was pushy.

I only started doing DIY this year and I use glass tanks so I wouldn't know if any of them flavours crack plastic tanks. I'm going by what people have said.

No apology needed. I didn't find your post pushy.

I too try to avoid tank crackers. I myself just do not feel comfortable inhaling them. Its just my personal preference. Even though I inhaled something as toxic as cigarettes for years ;) I have come to a point now that I can decide what I want and do not want to inhale with all the different options of flavors :) I won a cinnamon menthol eliquid in a contest once, and I tried it (did not inhale it though :) ) and i kept it because it was great to have for a stuffy nose ;) lol I used it in a dripper, and it tasted just like its name. That is the only cinnamon flavor I have had, and only because it came with some stuff I won in a contest. I think it is the only tank cracker I have ever tried too. I think I ended up pif to someone that liked cinnamon flavors :)
