Oh, I don't get that way very often. Really? Strange color car for traffic control.
Bad case of nerves and grabbing your arm, maybe he thought he should let you off easy before he had to call an ambulance ;)
After reading your posts I am gonna assume you live nearby also, cool. As I have told crx, I live close to Winchester

Tried to run, but this one pulled me back in.
A cross between yeast bread and biscuits.
*****************************
Put 2 tablespoons of warm water in a bowl and add a packet of yeast.
Go have a cup of coffee.
About 10 minutes later, Make biscuits like you usually do; add a tablespoon of sugar to the dry ingredients, and subtract 2 tablespoons of liquid.
Mix 'em up, knead for 6 or 7 times and refrigerate for at least an hour (or overnight)
Shape 'em and let them rise only about an hour. (They need to expand in the oven some, too)
Bake at 350 (that's right. 350) for about 12 minutes. Don't overcook them, just a soft brown, not golden. They'll get too dry.
****************************
Oh, my. The smell! The soft but crumbly warmness. Put on some strawberry jam you made this summer.
You really don't need the steak and salad, just have 2 biscuits!
They sound wonderful. I'll have to try them out. bet they make good bacon and egg sandwiches for breakfast too

I like to bake them till they're almost done, then put them in the fridge.
5 minutes to warm them up and you're ready. they'll keep a couple weeks that way in the fridge. (But they won't last near that long :p)

I wish I could find space that wasn't horse pasture or dog yard to plant a couple blackberry vines. And a raspberry, maybe. We have plenty of good fertilizer, just one of many things we haven't gotten around to yet.

Careful with the berry vines they can get away from you. They're worse than weeds if you don't keep them under control. I found a runner over 50 ft. away from mine the second year mine were in.

Razzies have spread all around our place, including in multiple planters. Critters love them, but they can have some killer thorns.
