wiring diagram for 5v mod

Sorry guys I'm very new to modding, have been reading the forums for at least 6 hours and I cant seem to find what I need.Does anyone have or feel like making a wiring diagram for a 5v box mod with two switches and an led?

Would be much appreciated.....Rob
