Attention vapers in Wisconsin and Texas! Starting September 1, 2025, both states will ban most disposable vapes, including popular devices like Geek Bar, Lost Mary, and RAZ. This means that retailers will no longer be able to sell these products, and possession rules may become stricter.

If you rely on disposable vapes, it’s highly recommended to stock up now while supplies last. Alternatively, consider switching to refillable devices, pod systems, or FDA-approved vape products to avoid disruption.

This change also affects affiliate marketers, vape shops, and online sellers, so now is the time to plan ahead for inventory and business adjustments. Staying informed about these upcoming regulations will help you avoid last-minute shortages or legal issues.

To be clear, the Texas law does not ban all disposable vape devices. Only those that are filled in China. Devices that are physically filled with e-liquid in the US are not banned and can continue to be sold.
Yes, that’s correct, but the options for US-manufactured disposable vapes are very limited.

Again, the ban does not cover devices manufactured outside of the US. The law specifically prohibits devices that are prefilled in China. Components can be made in China, but the device itself must be filled in the US with US made e-liquid.
