Wismec Luxotic Surface Battery Low Issue

As I checked, the volts for a full charge battery was 3.64 Volts. Maybe it was some sort of calibration issue. But who knows. I'm still trying to search some informations from it.

A Freshly Charged 18650 should be 4.18 ~ 4.20 Volts.

Before you give up on it, try cleaning the internal contacts with some alcohol on a Q-Tip. Poor contact could be the culprit.

The cut off for all my Luxotic Surfaces are about 3.20v
They fire fine at 35 watts up to that voltage.
Might want to contact Wismec directly for warranty replacement.
