Between the RX200 and the DNA200...Yes the chips are different, both firmwares are upgradable from the USB port. The RX200 has a different battery sled, The DNA200 uses the battery sled to handle battery reverse polarity, The RX200 use the function of the chip.

The buttons are also better on the dna and I also noticed the RX is slightly lighter.
