I ordered and received my new RX300 this week, already shinning like a mirror. Love the mod but have two issues. The first is the mod is discharging the 18650's without any balance in the power draw distribution. Last night took them out, three cells were 3.5v while one cell was 2.31v. This has been since I took it out the box, have tried using Samsung, Sony, and LG batteries so I know it's not the cells. The other issue is the unit stays warm to the touch even after just setting around like it's active just setting there doing nothing? The mod works, started shifting the cells around doing use to keep the strain off of just a single cell, this is BS though on a new device and people wondered why I had turn into a mech head, yeah I wonder lol. Wismec customer services has ignored every email about the warranty, a possible firmware update anything for assistance. Anyone having the same issues and found a cure? Firmware is the latest, heard from a FB member that Wismec knows of the problem was suppose to update the firmware but nothing has been done....

How did you even revive that 2.31V drained dry battery. That's almost at the point of no recovery.

Honestly I was told under 2.5v and it's the point of no return but the charger charged it and it's working fine. The XStar Dragon recovers batteries from the point of no return but it's a $70.00 + dollar 4bay charger and so far lives up to the manufacturers claims it seems or being a new battery it recovered, really I haven't a clue how it came back to life?

Wismec and Smok have both lost a customer, didn't like how Wismec put the responsibility on a small shop owner to make good on the devices warranty issues, problems, defects. They made the thing but pass the buck to the little man so I don't care for that mentality at all. It's just almost impossible to find a regulated mod made anywhere but China.
