With all the bad stories about suppliers, heres a good one!

So I have been buying juice and what not from Rob over at Good Prophets. The guy is just amazing and is always going out of his way to please his customers. Every order I have made, I have received something 'extra' from Rob, for free. First of all, he has free shipping on orders over $20, which is pretty great. I have yet to find a better deal with his prices. So being a new customer, he would throw in a free 30ml bottle of YOUR choice. Again, what a great deal. I have always received my orders in 2 days, and have been completely satisfied.

So I did some research and decided to to purchase a DSE901. I couldn't decide between the 901 and 510, but he told me he would sell me a 901 with manual batteries for $40. So I went ahead, and took the deal. I went ahead and added an extra atty to my order, so I could have two complete sets. So anyways, Rob asked me if there were any flavors I would like to try. I emailed him back and said I have wanted to try cappuccino, chocolate and coca cola, I believe. I told him to pick his favorite and could send me ONE.

So two days pass and I receive my 901 and ALL 3 flavors in 30ml, high. To say I was shocked was an understatement. The one thing I noticed though, my kit had auto batteries and we had agreed to manual. And not wanting to cause problems, because he has been so generous and nice in the past, I felt bad, but I wanted to ask him about the manual batteries. I had already used one of the auto batteries (I was excited and wanted to try out my new cig) and I asked him if we could switch out one of the unused batteries for one manual battery, so I could try it out, and he said that would be fine.

So I come home today (two days later) and find a package with TWO manual batteries and a bunch of spare carts for my 901 AND my 401. WOW, that was just above and beyond! I kinda felt bad though and sent him a PM and said that I would just keep the auto batteries and send him a money order for them, because I used one of the auto batteries.

So he sent me a PM back earlier and said I didn't have to send him anything and to consider it a good gesture.

So as I sit here, the only way I could think to repay this generous man was to come here and share about his great service and customer service. I have not had a whole lot of business with people on here, but out of the ones I have, he has been the absolute best and really is one of the Good guys. I've been buying from Rob and I must say he's the best. Here's a guy that puts customer service at the highest priority! He's working through some billing issues since PayPal dumped him. But he's workin hard to keep his loyal customers and develop new ones. If you can deal with a check or money order until he straightens it out you'll find he's the best supplier around!

I've been getting most of my liquid from Shawn at Litecigusa.net.
I recently started doing business with Rob at GoodProphets.com who had some new flavors to try.
I love the little sample bottles at Liberty-Flights.com (Brian & Matthew) to try new flavors so I'm not stuck with bottles of stuff I don't like (so far I haven't had any I don't like!)

All three of these guys are awesome, friendly, and go above and beyond in their businesses with customer service. There is always the personal touch with orders.

Outside of some specialty stuff I buy occasionally (ECOpure & Vaper Talk juices), I'll continue to buy the bulk of my stuff from them exclusively.

If they read this.... THANKS GUYS - You're all awesome! :wub:

Kalo: Like you, I have nothing but great respect and admiration for Rob at Good Prophets. He is a wonderful supplier. In the beginning early weeks to months I was using the E-cig, It was all I could do to keep enough e-liquid so I wouldn't revert back to analogs. His sales, no matter the size of bottle though most of them were for the 6ml to 10ml was how I survived those early times.

I need to admit here that I live on Social Security Disability Income and my husband cannot work because he had 2 heart attacks (mild then massive) and a stroke then had to undergo a quadruple bypass. His juvenile diabetes is all over the place, he still has problems from the stroke but we can't tell the extent because the surgeon who performed his bypass surgery decided to use a type of metal to close up his chest, hence making it impossible to know the extent because he can't be in a room with an MRI machine. I can't say I hate the man for doing this but I am rather upset about it. The doctors all say that it is not unusual for a diabetic to have major issues with controlling diabetes after such health problems though some failed to inform me that these conditions extend to diabetic neuropathy, retinopathy, loss of circulation, more moodiness (more than the usual amount of moodiness as anyone who has an intimately close relationship with a diabetic can attest to; think of emotional whiplash then take that to the nth degree and you have what I'm dealing with daily but the emotional part is improving with some days worse than others), etc... He cannot work anymore so now we are in the midst of filing for disability which is alot like pulling teeth w/o an anesthetic.

If it had not been for the Rob and others like him, I don't believe I would have made it this far. I'm so proud to be off analog cigarettes. My doctor is ecstatic! I had NO wheezing, crackles, or franks at my last appt on August 14th and I started using the Janty Dura-C on July 7th! My doctor literally said that he wished more of his smoking patients would choose to use the e-cigarettes over tobacco ones considering the changes for the good in my health. He said my lungs sounded like they belonged to some other patient, certainly not me. I have another appt coming up on the 11th so wish me luck that this next appt will turn out as well if not better than the August one did. I'm crossing those proverbial fingers again. :)

I also should add that Midwest was great too. They helped me find a syringe, glass bottles, and a couple of small e-liquids. It was great working with them too. Now if I can just buy more e-liquid so I don't run out in case the FDA steps in to try to take over.
