So I have been buying juice and what not from Rob over at Good Prophets. The guy is just amazing and is always going out of his way to please his customers. Every order I have made, I have received something 'extra' from Rob, for free. First of all, he has free shipping on orders over $20, which is pretty great. I have yet to find a better deal with his prices. So being a new customer, he would throw in a free 30ml bottle of YOUR choice. Again, what a great deal. I have always received my orders in 2 days, and have been completely satisfied.
So I did some research and decided to to purchase a DSE901. I couldn't decide between the 901 and 510, but he told me he would sell me a 901 with manual batteries for $40. So I went ahead, and took the deal. I went ahead and added an extra atty to my order, so I could have two complete sets. So anyways, Rob asked me if there were any flavors I would like to try. I emailed him back and said I have wanted to try cappuccino, chocolate and coca cola, I believe. I told him to pick his favorite and could send me ONE.
So two days pass and I receive my 901 and ALL 3 flavors in 30ml, high. To say I was shocked was an understatement. The one thing I noticed though, my kit had auto batteries and we had agreed to manual. And not wanting to cause problems, because he has been so generous and nice in the past, I felt bad, but I wanted to ask him about the manual batteries. I had already used one of the auto batteries (I was excited and wanted to try out my new cig) and I asked him if we could switch out one of the unused batteries for one manual battery, so I could try it out, and he said that would be fine.
So I come home today (two days later) and find a package with TWO manual batteries and a bunch of spare carts for my 901 AND my 401. WOW, that was just above and beyond! I kinda felt bad though and sent him a PM and said that I would just keep the auto batteries and send him a money order for them, because I used one of the auto batteries.
So he sent me a PM back earlier and said I didn't have to send him anything and to consider it a good gesture.
So as I sit here, the only way I could think to repay this generous man was to come here and share about his great service and customer service. I have not had a whole lot of business with people on here, but out of the ones I have, he has been the absolute best and really is one of the Good guys.
