OP: Even with higher nicotine there's no easy way around it, like others have stated the addiction to cigarettes is much more complicated than the nicotine itself but it will help a lot, even with a lot of vaping mine were so bad I prayed over it, for me it was really getting into my head and making me very anxious and moody but it was only that bad for a day or two and let me tell you it just gets better and better after that. Exercise also helps immensely, get those running shoes on or get to the gym, seriously out of everything I think that helped the most with the withdrawals, if that's not an option then just chain vape like crazy, stay busy with hobbies etc or whatever you need. Hang in there and before you know it you won't even think about cigs anymore and you will be so happy you made this choice!

    Less than a week is an extremely short time. I transitioned very slowly. As well as being easy, I think this had an additional advantage in that I have no fear that smoking a cig will take me over the edge and back into that. I like vaping maybe 30 times more and do it about 100 times more. I'm thinking about trying to get rid of that 1% as I'm moving from it not being a big deal to continue, to not being a big deal to stop entirely. 'Course at first I'll still keep some nukes around just in case ;)

    Rule of thumb

    A "general guideline" for nicotine concentration* in e-liquid to the number of cigarettes smoked per day:

    06 mg = 10 cigarettes or less
    12 mg = 20 cigarettes
    18 mg = 30 cigarettes
    24 mg = 40 cigarettes

    I personally smoked new ports to Marlboro reds. Roughly a pack a day. 6mg is when you're close to letting go of nicotine. Remember to drink plenty of water and vape when you crave.
