MORE water. If you already drink 3-4 liters a day because of sports, then you're not compensating for the dehydrating effects that come with
vaping. Once you've been doing it for a while, the excess need goes away (but still drink at least your 3-4 liters a day.) It seems like for a PAD smoker (even if they were lights) that 6-12mg is really low. I tried the same thing when I started
vaping. I prefer 24mg. but I'm starting to cut back after a few months to 18mg. Don't worry, you'll drop nicotine levels in time---just don't rush it. If you caught a "bug" from the office, you need to be drinking even more anyway. Nicotine withdrawal and dehydration won't make you feel any better.
