Complete withdrawal from vaping nicotine is very different from complete withdrawal from smoking nicotine. Different mechanism of action. For this reason, the "Patch" is not even considered addictive by many health care professionals. Since the uptake and absorption of nicotine is so low at 1.5 mg, there's a good chance you won't notice it much at all, to say nothing about nightmares. If you can get to 1.5 mg, you can get to zero. All the best and good luck!

You've already quit the things that cause the worst withdrawals from smoking and weaned down to very little nicotine. At most, eve if that, I'd expect a headache and feel a bit more tired for a day or two - about the same as quitting caffeine if you drink 4 or fewer caffeinated drinks a day. Nothing a couple of aspirin and a nap won't fix.

I would first make sure I'm complete off cigarettes before attempting to reduce the nicotine. You'll end up right back on cigarettes if you don't. It it possible to reduce nicotine completely if you chose to but unless you have to get tested or something like that, I wouldn't rush it.

Thank you Caridwen! I've been looking for that exact list in order to link to it within another topic.
