Susie at Wizard Labs customer service left me a VM replying to a question I asked via e-mail.
She left her number and I was flabbergasted when she answered when I called.
No menu to navigate through, just a helpful human.
She combined orders for me and gave me some extra Blue Cobalt bottles to cover the $$ saved at my request
also
They were out of 250ml pg jugs when I initially ordered so I ordered (2) 120ml jugs.
She combined them for free to a 500ml jug.
Not a lot of dough, just great CS.
