We have identified some mismatched DNS records which will take a little longer to update. I've never had bad product or bad service from them myself. As to the outages, I have known for months that I needed to plan ahead with them so I do.

I don't understand why they are the only vendor having problems supplying 500 mils of nic?!? Rts does not seem to have that problem.

Perhaps it is popularity Steven. It is clear from your posts in multiple threads that your not pleased and based on one of those posts is sounds like they are not pleased with you either. But, not everyone has bad experiences and I suspect that since they take paypal they are very popular with people who don't want to risk a credit card after all the issues with number theft. Even if they didn't have good prices that could very well drive a much higher percentage of people to them rather than other potential sources.

Been waiting for them to have Nic in stock for some time now. They seem to have good prices on flavors. If my math is right, one 8mg flavoring at their recommended 5% is enough for like 150mg of juice, while I'd need include over 21mg of 100mg nicotine to satisfy my 24mg strength for that amount of juice), so I have alot of nicotine to buy (at least enough to kill everyone within 12 miles of me twice) along with the long list of flavors that sound delicious.

It could be that they make their own nic, and have a great small lab to create it in. Which I believe they are expanding. They don't buy bulk from China like some of the other vendors. I'd rather wait for the best than spend more for what I consider lesser quality. JMHO

I have been ordering from them for awhile. From my experience there customer service is great, I have called them and actually talked to a real person, I wanted to change an item in my order, which was done with no problem at all. Shipping time from Florida to Ohio very quick. Not to mention how well everything was packaged.

Only concern I had was with my 500ml 24mg pg base nic. It was very chemical tasting after I mixed it the way I like it, it was the first time I purchased nic with a pg base. The chemical taste went away after a full 7 days of steeping with the caps off all 4 of my 30ml bottles. I will only order vg based nic from now, have never had that chemical taste from vg base. It is odd.
