Does this mean customs is holding it hostage?

I've only received 1 other international package and can't remember how often tracking updates.

The tracking with USPS can be a little bit hit and miss, so I wouldn't worry. They tend not to update it every time it moves, so it may well already have moved and be nearly with you.

So true Lisa! I've made numerous orders of late from Greece and once it hits ISC New York NY USPS I usually get no further updates until its delivered. My Apprentice L has been in NY since the 14th also but next thing you know it will be delivered and all will be good with the world!

Exactly. Sometimes they still show in NY even after they've been delivered. It's a bit crap really.
I can't remember having had a US package go astray in nearly three years of business so that's something to hang onto
