Added a ceramic, was hoping to see spare o-rings to get with it too, but hasnt popped yet.. Wonder how often these ceramics needs to be replaced

Never...unless you get unlucky and drop it really hard on concrete. Even then it may not break. They are not a wearable part at all and the only replacement ever needed is if you manage to break it somehow.
