Won a contest but have not received the item

on march 1st I was contacted by email from sue.he that I had won Vaporesso SWAG PX80 Kit
I replied that same day to the email with the information that was requested and have not heard anything since...

on April 6th I emailed back asking about the winning as I still have not received it but there has been no response.

it is now April 20th and still no response nor has the item been delivered

It's not like them to delay shipping prizes..... I hope they respond soon...

thank you I figured something had to be wrong as I've never had an issue in the past with healthcabin (be it a purchase, winning, or review item)
