Wondering why we can't order large quantities?

I looked into buying a 1 liter bottle about a year ago and if memory serves me correctly it came out to about .17 cents per ml. when you included shipping and a int'l pp fee. On paper it made sense, I vape 3-5 mls a day so 1 litre would last at least 200 days.

I didn't follow through with it only because I worried I might get burned out on the flavor. Then there was the question of apples to apples, is DeKang's 555 identical to V4L's or basically does V4L re-label Dekang. If you take the hypothetical that they do, you could actually get pretty close to the .17 cent per ml mark if you were to hit the right 60% sale.

If you say you can get it for with shipping & fees for .11 cents, we can use that as number for comparison.

34 bottles x 30 ml = 1,020 mls or 1.02 liter
$12.5 x 34 bottles = $425.00 Full Retail Price
$425 - 60% = $170.00
17000 / 1020 = 16.6 cents per ml
17700 / 1020 = 17.3 cents per ml shipped

Of course this would only be an apples to apples comparison "if" the V4L Wow 555 was relabeled Dekang. But what if it wasn't? As well, what are the effects of head space (air) in the 1 liter bottle over time as you use more liquid. You would also have to factor in a little of your time (money) for filling smaller bottles for everyday use. You could always save money and not buy new bottles, by using other empty 30 ml bottles you currently own.

So I would say....just wait to get in on a 60% sale. They don't happen too often but I can think of 3 in the last couple of months.

Food for thought......

I remembered shipping was around $40.00 bucks and there was a $25.00 pp fee for Int'l. So if the .11 cent is just per ml cost for the juice...that comes out to approx. $170.00 for the Dekang. So if those additional costs weren't factored into the Dekang purchase, in essence V4L is already giving you the opportunity to make the purchase you are requesting. As an added bonus, they will also provide the juice in new pre-filled 30ml bottles.

I spoke with Dekang and the estimate with shipping and fees was .11 cents a ml.

V4L's 555 is not Dekang's 555. It's their own heavenly recipe. That's why I wish they would agree to sell larger quantities.

.17 cents is acceptable to me. Thanks for that break down. Now I need to wait for the sale!!!! I haven't seen a 60% off sale and I get their emails.

True...thats the difference between a standard and dual along with a difference in ohms and voltage. This is why I am always anxious to see Morandir's numbers, because somewhere in those numbers is vaping nirvana. Buy yourself some punched 510 Flanged Dual Cartos at 2.0 ohms....and your Wow 555 will be what it was or better using your 5v OMG. The 1.5 Duals are too low of a resistance for a device that comes off the charger at 5.3v. and should only be used with 3.7v - 4.2v devices.

Exactly Snow sir. :) In the world of ecigs one extra .1 of voltage can make or break a juice. It's why someone created variable voltage... With the exception of Jammin can't name another juice that can't handle 10w of power, can only name a handful though of those that can go above 11w without scorching...

Thank you so much! Makes much more sense now! This is all slowly sinking into this girl's limited mathematical noodle!

Wow 555 is definitely one of those juices which has no business at 5._v on a 1.5 ohm DCT. But in a 2.0 or 2.5 ohms DCT, it's rockin! RY4 on the other hand likes the heat....but it is just one of a handful of flavors that does well with 1.5 ohm DCT at 5v or higher, so it's just better all the way around to get some 2.0 or 2.5 Dual coil replacements for any 5v PV.

The only ones I've seen come close are just the bases for DIY. I don't even want to think about my favorite flavors in larger containers...the small ones take up enough space as it is :p V4L *OWNS* my craft space now! If I could limit myself to just ONE flavor, then I would be happy to buy in bulk...but I have too much love in my heart (and mouth) for V4L juices to commit to only one ;)

well ...why dont you call them and ask them ? Do any companies in the usa actually do this ?

I have and they said no. Yes other companies do offer bulk. I just haven't found a flavor yet that I like as much as theirs. That's a compliment to them actually! I just really want a big ole 2 liter bottle of it.

I shot myself in the eye with a red rider bb gun (YEs the SAME one in a christmas story) it hit a tree bounced back and hit me... It hurt but no damage.
Here I thought that was a requisite to owning a Red Rider BB-gun - I did THE EXACT SAME THING!!! But this happened years before actually seeing A Christmas Story, so I had a good laugh at my own expense when I saw it.

Sorry to go off topic, btw; I stumbled on this thread doing a search for "dekang" and that little point caught my attention...
