I was having issues with another suppier so I thought I would try Worup. I sent them an email describing my smoking habits and what I thought I wanted and patiently waited for a reply. The next thing I know is Jeffery is calling me, after hours, on his personal time, to answer my questions. We talked for about half an hour and although I did not get the answers I thought I wanted, I got some good ones. He has an awesome selection of kits for newbies like me and great prices.
Shipping was fast, communication was excellent, and the product I received has worked exactly how Jeffery said it would. I still have some issues related to my ignorance, but I can't fault him for those
I was a little concerned when the package arrived and it was all stuffed inside a expressmail envelope instead of a box. Upon opening it I found that everything that could really get damaged was inside a sturdy cardboard box inside the envelope and the rest was wrapped pretty well in bubble wrap (how much protection do you really need for empty cartridges? They were in a little box, then wrapped in bubble wrap) so I was happy once I saw what was going on. Everything inside was in perfect condition.
I would absolutely recommend Jeffery and his company to anyone and everyone, especially newbies or someone looking to upgrade to a new kit.
