I noticed that the link you posted titled: Joye-Tech 510 Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit with a 5ml of bottle e-liquid went to the page for a "Genuine | Joye Tech Titan 510 Starter Kit", and you had a disclaimer that said the following:

All Our Items Are Genuine Joye Tech Titan Products. Please Beware Of Suppliers/Web Sites Selling Fake Joye Items If They Do not Say Joye 510 Then It IS Not A Real/Genuine Joye If The Price Is To Good To Be True It is Just That.

To the best of my knowledge, joyetech does NOT make anything called the "Titan", so it is either a Joye 510 or you are doing just what you are warning people to watch out for... claiming to sell Genuine JoyeTech products when they are not. There IS another supplier who sells a 510 Titan, but they don't claim that it is a Joye product...
So which is it... a Titan or a Joye?? Because you can't have it BOTH ways!!

Many suppliers sell the true Joye 510, rebranded with a different name on it. e.g. Dura, Yeti, Titan.

These 510's likely come from either TW or directly from Joyetech.
I see no reason for them not to be true Joye 510's

Titan is the name used by JoyeTech for the 510. When the 510 was rolled out by JoyeTech it was called the JoyeTech Titan 510. Unless otherwise specified on our site all of our products are Joye, we are very upfront about the products we sell and clearly state this, hence the above quoted disclaimer. Furthermore our invoices from JoyeTech list the product as 510 Titan so it would seem that JoyeTech does have it both ways. If you know of a supplier selling a "Titan 510" product that is not made by JoyeTech please PM me, JoyeTech would be very interested in that information. In the meantime you can rest assured that ALL products sold by us as Joye are genuine JoyeTech products.
